ITSM Process Assessments
ITSM Kaisen provides for free a two-day assessment of the current ITIL process maturity. Initial assessment will review Incident, Change, and Problem Management. This is accomplished through a three steps process:
1.Interviewing IS/IT Management, IS/IT staff members, and business team members.
2.Observing these processes in action
3.Follow-up with team for clarification
Once completed a report will be provided with a summay of findings, a maturity index, and anonymous detailed notes.
ITSM Process
Incident Management – A systematic approach to restoring normal IT service operation quickly after disruptions, minimizing business impact. Ensuring all work is documented in the Service Management tool.
Change Management – Protect the Environment with a structured workflow for managing IT changes (adds, modifies, removes) to minimize disruption, involving all IS/IT Services
Problem Management – ITSM believes this process is easily overlooked but can provide the most benefit by identifying and resolves the root causes of major events and recurring incidents to prevent future disruptions.
